The WBL GUARANTEE "MOOC for In-Company Tutors" is addressed to staff members and/or employers that activate WBL pathways, in order to support both them and the WBL users in valorizing this formative experience, thanks to the adoption of effective practices.

The course has been realized in the contexts ot the WBL GUARANTEE project (2017-1-IT01-06161), that aims at supporting the increase of the quality of Work-based Learning experiences, with the objective of fostering their attractiveness, both for users and companies, thanks to information, techniques and tools that can improve the design, management and evaluation of WBL learning outcomes.

The Course contents could be followed both online and offline, thanks to the pdf manual that could be downloaded on the platform. Each lesson will be accompanied by a set of thematic boxes, that in-company tutors may use for specific in-depth focuses, according to their own needs.
